Geosensors, Inc. ("we", "us") is based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with our apps, and our website, geosensors.com (the "Site").

Our Apps

Our apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us or to any third party. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools and we do not require you to create an account.

Location: Our apps use your device's location to provide its navigation features. Location data is processed only on your device. Location data is never sent to us or shared with anyone, except those which you choose.

Any files or data you create in the App stay on your device, or in your own iCloud account if you use iCloud features. We have no access to them.

If you choose to share crash reports or diagnostics with app developers through your device's settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash data. This is controlled by Apple and by your device settings, not by our apps.

The Site

Our Site is hosted by Squarespace. Like most websites, Squarespace may automatically collect standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, and may use cookies needed for the Site to work. This is handled by Squarespace under its own privacy policy: https://www.squarespace.com/privacy. We do not use this information to identify you, and we do not sell or share it.

If you email us, we will use your email address and message only to reply to you, and will not share it with anyone.

Personal information collection

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you have contacted us and want to know what information we hold about you, or want it deleted, email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you have a concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at https://www.priv.gc.ca.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date above.
